Ragnar the Second, who goes by Rags, is not your average cat. He is the proud owner of
Friendly’s diner and a celebrated chef. Every dish he makes feels like a warm hug. He’s working
on a cookbook, but keeps getting distracted by snacks. Rags doesn’t chase mice. Instead, he
invites them in for cheese. One time, he baked a seven-layer cheesecake shaped like a heart that made Sparky the rat cry happy tears.
